Biography

Sir Robert Bacon of Baconsthorp, Knt. was the eldest son of Richard Bacon of Lodne. His arms were "argent, a cross ingrailed, counterchanged gules and sable". He married a daughter of Sir Robert, son of Sir Richard de Hingham, or Ingham. [1]
