He married Dame Cordelia Harris, widow of Sir Thomas Harris and they had no children.^[2] Marriage Licence: Robert Bacon esq, of St Peter-the-Poor, London, bachelor, 60, and Dame Cordelia Harris, 50, widow of Sir Thomas, knight, late of Maldon, co Essex – at St Botolph, Bishopsgate, London (13 Sep 1622).^[3] The marriage took place on 19 Sep 1622 at St Peter le Poer, City of London.^[4]

He was buried on 1 Sep 1633 at St Nicholas Acons, City of London.^[5]
