Margaret Badollet was born on September 27, 1826, daughter of James Paul Badollet (1796–1878) and Malinda McClure (1800–1883).
Margaret married John Raymond Coan (born about 1822 in Missouri, United States). Their daughter was Ninnie Coan (1858–1938).
In 1850, Margaret (23) was living in District 61, Knox with her mother, Malinda Badallet (50); and J P Badallet (53), William Badallet (27), Thomas J Badallet (25), Margaret Badallet (23), Eliza Badallet (20), Mary Badallet (17), Alfred Wessner (14), and Alfred Wolfrey (22). [1]
In 1870, Margaret (43) was living in Palmyra, Knox with her husband, John (48); her parents, James P (17) and Melinda (11); and Margaret Coan (44), Mary Coan (14), William Coan (9), Almon Coan (7), Caroline Coan (5), and Eliza Coan (undefined). [2]
