I have removed Margaret Ann Crawford as spouse as she is documented as married ro Frederick B. Bagwell b. 1800 in South Carolina, died 1864 in Choctaw Mississippi. This profile represents another Bagwell as demonstrated by 1950 census shown that represents a different family.

OK after looking at this message I believe the two sons I have listed as his and wife Margaret Ann Crawford needs to be removed. Sorry for this mistake but Thanks for catching it.

Hi Donnie,

I have been entering my family’s profiles and connecting them to others when I find ones already entered. I am having a problem with connecting data from my family tree with yours and hope we can resolve this.

My ancestor, John Frederick Bagwell b. 3 Jan 1832 Shelby NC, d. 29 Sept 1908 Ackerman, Choctaw Miss. and married to Sarah Frances Turner b. 10 Sept 1842 Oktibbeha Miss, d, 15 Sept 1905 Ackerman, Choctaw Miss. is son of Margaret Ann “peggy” Crawford you have profiled Crawford-14210 and Frederick Bagwell you have profiled Bagwell-

Your information about Margaret is essentially same as I have except the two sons you list. I have that she did have a James William Bagwell b 17 Aug 1826 Shelby NC, d. 4 Dec 1911 Louisville Miss. married Jane P. Ivey. And the John you have listed is not same as my John Frederick Bagwell.

I have some different information for Frederick Bagwell, Margaret’s hisband and the father to John Frederick. Frederick Bagwell was b. 1 Jan 1800 Pendleton anderson SC, d. 2 Oct 1864 Fulcher Choctaw Miss. Frederick Bagwell’s parents were John Bagwell 1776-1839 and Frances Halsey 1781-1866.

There were many Bagwell families that came from first settler. I am attaching a 1850 census showing Frederick and Margaret with children living with them at that time. I think the John and James you have attached might belong to a different family as appear to be different with different wives/ lives?

This is getting complicated but I would like to be able to sort out our family lines and would like to work together on this.
