Biography

Robert Baildon (b. abt. 1427), second and eldest surving son of Nicholas Baildon of Baildon, married Amice Calverly, daughter of Walter Calverly and Elizabeth Markenfied. According to Clay (1899) and Baildon (1912), their marriage settlement is dated 10 Jan 24 Hen VI (c. 1445/6).
