James C Bailey, age 28, was living in Harlan, Kentucky, with his wife, Nancy Bailey, age 30, and their children,

Sarah Bailey, daughter, age 6
John Bailey, son, age 4
Stacy Bailey, daughter, age 3
Andrew Bailey, son, age 2
Eleanor Clarke, unknown relationship, age 15
John and Eleanor were born in Virginia and all other family members were born in Kentucky. James' occupation is Farmer. His real estate is valued at $500. and his personal estate at $400.
