You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week now so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. Have the How-Tos been helpful or left you with questions?
We want to help! Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page.
Charlotte ~ WikiMessenger
PS Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.

Because of your mention of Face Book, I want to make sure that you are on the expected log in screen for WikiTree:
https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:Userlogin
If that's the login page you have been using and it still doesn't work, please send one more password reset request, and try to log in with what they send. I think that the original password reset may have been for the profile that no longer exists.
I'm sorry this has been so difficult. We will get you there.

I've only received one message from you, arriving this evening at 7:30pm EDT. The email that you receive this message in will be the one that you used for your WikiTree username. The password reset message would go to the same email address. Please let me know if you receive this email. If I don't hear from you by in the morning, something will be wrong which is beyond my ability to help. In that case, I'll forward your message to the team to have them help.

Check out the New Member How-to pages for some quick tips on working with both the Wiki pages and our other members. If the emailed link does not work, you can find it in the public comments on your profile. There is some great information in those pages.
If you have questions about how WikiTree works, let me know and I will find answers. Just click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page. I will get back to you by the end of the day.

Before I can confirm your membership, Ill need you to add a little more information about your genealogical interests.
You can do this by editing your tags/comments, adding a couple of sentences to your biography, or posting a brief message in the public comments section of your profile page.
Once we know you are here to help grow the tree, a greeter will be happy to confirm your membership. If you have questions about WikiTree, please feel free to contact me via my profile page.

PS If you ever get a "Page Not Found" error when you click a link in a WikiTree email, you can usually find a functioning link in the public comments section of your profile page.
