Biography
John Bailie, son of William Bailie and Elizabeth (Johnson) Bailie, was born about 1818 in Ireland.[1]
He married Margaret Taylor.
He and Margaret appeared on the census of 1871 at West Wawanosh, North Huron , Ontario.[2] He was a farmer when he and Margaret appeared on the census of 1881 at Wawanosh West, Huron North, Ontario, Canada.[3] He appeared on the census of 1891 at Wawanosh West, Huron West, Ontario, Canada.[4] He appeared on the census of 1911 in the home of his daughter Rachel at Huron West, Ontario, Canada.[5]
John died on 23 Dec. 1913 at West Wawanosh, Huron, Ontario[1] and was buried at Dungannon Cemetery Dungannon, Huron County, Ontario, Canada. His memorial has a link to that of Margaret.[6]
