Evan Baillie was the son of Alexander Baillie, 2nd of Dochfour and Hannah Fraser. He was probably born between 1705 and 1710.
The property of Abriachan came into Evan's hands in 1730
He was referred to as Evan Baillie of Abriachan, by Inverness (also designated Evan Baillie, Dochfur) in 1762.[1]
The will of Evan Baillie of Aberiachan was probated on 17 Nov 1769.[2]
