On page 12 & 13 of the above book by Debenport, Francis Roberts is named in the transcription of the will of John Roberts dated 5 Nov 1774. Pg. 15 John's sons-Francis and Moses are listed as executors of the will.

"To my daughter, Elizabeth (Betsy) Baker; daughters, Sarah Roberts (wife of Peter Roberts), Annie Baker, Mararet D. Baker; sons, Elijah James Baker, Bartholomew, David C., Leonard Baker, Jr., 'Â˜my fourth and youngest son,' my lands to be equally divided between my children by my last wife.
