Albert was born in 1873. He was the son of James Baker and Susan Neal. Albert lived with his parents and siblings in Clarke, Durham, Ontario in 1881.[1]
Albert married Ann Jane Fell on 23 Dec 1896 in Midland, Simcoe, Ontario.[2] They had children. They lived in Simcoe, Ontario in 1901.[3]
