Biography

George M. was the son of George Archer and Susannah Stanley Baker. George M. lived in at least 6 states and numerous counties in his life time. He married Hannah F. (Van Schoonhoven) Saunders in Alexandria, Douglas County, Minnesota on February 12, 1889. They moved to Cove, Oregon in 1895. George and Hannah's first two children were born in Minnesota and the last two in Cove, Oregon. George died at the Eastern Oregon State Hospital in Pendleton, Oregon. The cause of death was stated as senility.^[1]
