Biography
Isaac was born in 1807. He was the son of Francis Baker and Nancy Dubose.[1] Isaac married three times. Isaac married Elizabeth Dunn 1 Sep 1831 in Alabama.[2]
He is listed on the 1840 Federal Census as living in Yalobusha, Mississippi, it enumerates two children, a son 15-19 and a daughter 5-9, and two adults female 20-29 and male 30-39.[3]

He is on the 1850 Federal Census with Sarah and 4 children; Mary 13, Julia 9, Samson 5, and Francis 1. Mary is the only child born in Alabama the rest were born in Mississippi.[4]
He married Margaret Duke in 1856. [5]
He is on the 1860 Federal Census with Margaret and there are 5 children in the house; Joseph 20, Simon 15, Francis C 10, Elizabeth 3, Lily Ann 0.[6]
He and Margaret are on the 1870 Federal Census with 6 children; Anna E 14, Albert J 9, Isaac L 5, Samuel P 3, Martha 1 and an unnamed son 0.[7]
They still have 6 children at home on the 1880 Federal Census; Anna I 23, Sidney J 18, Isaac 15, Samuel 13, Mattie 11 and Robert 9.[8]
He died in 1882 is buried in the Baker Cemetery, Grenada, Mississippi.[9]
