According to the Tancook Island Gedcom project Frederick Baker was born to John Jacob Baker and Judith Cross about 1807. He married Barbara Ann Heisler on Apr 11, 1839 and their family were as follows. Unfortunately this family moved away to Jeddore area of Halifax County so the GEDCOM details on them are very sparse;[1]

Frederick Baker (56) passed on Jul 23, 1870 due to an accident at Jeddore, NS.[3] This is backed up by the census from 1871 which sees Barbara on her own as a widow (51) with their children; John (18), Gloria (15), Caroline (13), Samuel (11) and Parker (8).[4]
