Biography

Richard LeRoy Baker was born 19 August 1918 in Rock Elm, Wisconsin. He married Marion Helen Hicks on 31 August 1940 in Decorah, Iowa. He died 23 June 1993 in West Salem, Wisconsin.

He served in the Navy during World War II and Korean War. He was a police officer with the La Crosse Police Department.
