Biography

John was born on 26 January 1854 in Jennings, Indiana, United States. He was the son of Daniel Baker and Margaret (Underwood) Baker.[1]

In the 1870 census John (age 16) was living in Columbia, Jennings, Indiana, USA. Residence Post Office: Zenas.[1]

When John was 25 he married Sarah Elizabeth Brown on 30 January 1879 in Jennings County, Indiana.[2][3][4]

John died at the age of 92 on 29 June 1946 in Cedar Rapids, Linn, Iowa, United States and was buried in Central City, Linn County, Iowa, United States of America.[5]
