Biography
Thomas was born in 1839. He is the son of Jesse Baker and Parthenia Moss. [1]
Capt.Dr.Baker served first as a Captain in the 18th Georgia Regiment then as Brigade Surgeon. His medical instruments are currently housed at the Smithsonian Institute,Washington,D.C. He later served in the Georgia state senate for two terms.
