Elijah Balcom, son of Elijah and Ruth (Creed) Balcom, was born on 5 April 1755 at Uxbridge, Worcester, Massachusetts.^[1][2]

He married Caroline Ramsdill/Ramsdell 13 May 1777 (published)^[2]at Mendon, Worcester, Massachusetts. (married)^[3]

He married Lydia Martin about 1782 at Haverhill, New Hampshire.^[2]

He married Judith Avery on 25 March 1812 at Gilmanton, New Hampshire.^[2]
