Biography
Seraphina was born in 1815. She is the daughter of Joseph Balcom and Phebe Tufts. She passed away in 1879. [1][2]
In the 1871 census Sereph (age 54) lived with her husband, Paul Amberman, and children in New Caledonia, Annapolis, Nova Scotia.[3]
