Willis was born about 1811. He is included in the 1813 estate inventory of Samuel Baldwin and described as 2 years old.

Division of Estate was ordered by the court in November 1813 and performed on December 29, 1813
  1. To Nathaniel Robertson (Roberson), in right of his wife Elizabeth, two negro children, Henry and Willis

Nathaniel Robertson Jr. and wife Elizabeth Baldwin sold their interest to her father's estate to a brother-in-law (Peter Perry) on 31 Oct 1817
