Biography
Theophilus Baldwin, was born in 1769. He was the fourth child of David Baldwin and Phebe Billings of Stonington, Connecticut.
He married Philura Holmes. They had 4 children:
- Denison David Baldwin, b. 1804; married 1827 Jane Kyle Gibboney [she died 1859]; d. 1855
- Horace Baldwin
- Phebe Baldwin
- Sukey Baldwin
This family moved to Poughkeepsie, New York.
