Stephen was born in 1804. Parents Kipps Baldwin and Hannah Bone.

In the 1841 England Census his widowed mother Hannah is living with the family.

Slightly conflicting records concerning Stephen's 1880 death date.

One record is for a Lunacy Patient death of 6 Oct 1880 - exact location in Kent not provided. Pure conjecture, but maybe he had something like dementia? ^[2]
