Biography

Deborah Baldwin, daughter of Nathaniel Baldwin and Joanna, was born in 1652, fairfield, Connecticut.^[1]

She married William Reed; and had the following children:^[2]

i. Sarah.

ii. Abigail, b. March 1, 1677

iii. John, b. Jan 29, 1679 (Graduated from Harvard College)

Torrey gives Deborah Baldwin as the first wife of William Read (Reed)^[3]

• Some sources show Deborah's mother as Abigail (Camp) Baldwin, first wife of Nathaniel, which according to Charles Baldwin, in his publication "Baldwin Genealogy from 1500-1881; and his supplement to this document, Joanna Adams is mother of Deborah. (pg 406). See the profile for the parents which shows the documentation of the mother as Joanna.
