Marriage 1 Hannah COBURN
Married: BEF 1712
Marriage 2 Margery Southery HANNUM
Anthony Baldwin, of Newlin, Chester Co., Pennsylvania, [1] son of Thomas Baldwin and Mary Hart, was born February 10, 1690; and was not a twin to Joseph Baldwin as shown in this profile; CC Baldwin states "Thomas and Joseph Baldwin, were the twin sons of Thomas and Mary Baldwin, born in Chester, August 26, 1685" [2]
Anthony married (1) before 1712; [1] Hannah Coebourne, daughter of William and Mary Coebourne of Chester [2]
In the will of William Coebourne, dated Feb 2, 1733; proved Jan 12, 1740; he" remembers his son-n-law Anthony Baldwin and his children to the extent of one shilling each" [1] So it would appear that Hannah Coebourne, died before February of 1733.
Anthony Baldwin married (2) Margery [2]Hannum, daughter of John and Margery (Southery) Hannum; Margery Southery being the daughter of "Robert Southery, one of the first purchasers of land from William Penn", of Concord; who in his will dated July 30, 1730, proved February 8; "gives to Mary (possibly short for Margery) 50 shillings" [1]
In October of 1729; he and his wife of Birmingham, convey 70 acres of land; conveyed to her by her parents. [1]
Anthony Baldwin's will is dated June 9, 1753; proven Sept 5, 1760 [1]
