Very probably had some connection to an Isaacs Baldwin. Isaacs is listed on the 1880 census for Garden, Buchanan county Virginia who was born 1828 making him 52. Isaacs ALSO had a son Robert who was 19 about the same age as Jacob's son Robert thus leading to some confusions in research. This is the same general vicinity as Jacob.
