James Baldwin, son of Moses and Abigail (Royce) Baldwin, was born on 28 May 1742 in Saybrook, Middlesex County, Connecticut.[1][2]
He married Ruth Shipman[1]and they had seven children.
James died 26 February 1818 in Saybrook, Middlesex County, Connecticut.[1][3] and was buried at Hearse Hill Cemetery, Chester, Middlesex County, Connecticut. His memorial has a photo of his headstone and a link to that of Ruth.[4]
