Birth Martha Ann Baldwin was born about Apr 1832 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Amos & Jane Herron. Wife of William Raleigh Mings, and mother of James Jehu, Thomas Ann, John Franklin, William Raleigh Jr., David King, Matilda Z., Melvina E., Mary Elizabeth, and Elijah B.[1]

Marriage She married William Raleigh Mings on 27 Dec 1853 in Taylor, Kentucky.[2][3][4]
