Biography
When Nancy Catherine Bale was born on July 13, 1852, in Kentucky, her father, Casper, was 29, and her mother, Perlina, was 23. She had one daughter with Elias Samuel Best in 1879. She died in 1924 in Grayson, Kentucky, at the age of 72, and was buried in Leitchfield, Kentucky.
