Biography

Ceasar was born in 1909. He was the son of Leslie Bale. He passed away in 1967.[1]

Its not proven, but the story looks to be that his father was serving in the Spanish American War, that he may possibly fathered children while there, and this boy, Constantine Daniel was brought back by a grandfather who went and got him. He was brought to the Washington area, and is found in the census with his Grandfather, but listed as a servant. He is also found in school yearbook pictures when he was sent to Buffalo, New York.

He arrived with his Grandfather in in both Victoria, Vancouver, British Columbia on 5 March, 1917.

He was sent to Lewiston, Niagara, New York to attend school.

He also is noted as having entered the country in Ketchikan, Alaska on 12 August 1937. There are departure notices for him from Hong Kong and Yokohama Japan.
