Biography

Richard Frank Baley was born in Ohio on March 9, 1923 and died September 25, 2013.^[1]According to Richard's son, his middle name was Frank and he was the only child of Frank Homer and Mae G. (Janovics) Baley.^[2][3][4] For at least 21 years, Richard has been a resident of South Carolina.^[5] His height was 6'1.^[6] He died in September 25, 2013, at the impressive age of 90 due to natural causes.^[6]
