Biography

William Russell Balfour was born on 24 Dec 1825 in Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland to Alexander Balfour and Margaret (Russell) Balfour - he was christened on 6 Feb 1826 in Kirkcaldy.^[1]

William Russell Balfour married Helen Daun Jamieson before 1861.
