Biography
William was the son of George Balfour of Pharay and his wife Marjorie Baikie, daughter of Jamie Baikie of Tankerness.[1] He became the third Laird of Pharay in 1706.[2] His only child Isabel married Archibald Stewart of Brugh.[3]

Balfour of Pharay-1 and Balfour-1429 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, same parents - clear duplicate. I propose merging into Balfour-1429 in order to get the LastNameAtBirth correct - per scottish naming conventions, the LNAB should be Balfour and the CurrentLastName should be "Balfour of Pharay" - or is it "Balfour, 3rd of Pharay" ? I'm a little unclear on which of those two actually.
