Biography

Hiram was born in Virginia in 1862 to George Washington Ball and Nancy Elizabeth Hoskins. He married at age 20 to Mary Conner and they had one son. After her death, he married Ella Finley and they had one daughter.

Hiram worked as a lawyer, moving to Missouri by 1884, and remained there the rest of his life. He passed away in 1914 at 52 years old.

Hiram Ball was the grandson of Thomas Ball, born 11 Jul 1808 and died in 1876. Hiram was the GGrandson of Moses D. Ball III (1788-1866) and GGGrandson of Captain George Ball, Sr. (1752-1825). Hiram's wife was Sarah (Sallie) Chadwell.
