William Henry Ball was born on October 23, 1866 in Watkins Glen, Dix, Schuyler, New York, United States. His parents were Milton Phineas Ball (1834 - 1906) and Susan Anna (Stoddard) Ball (1837 - 1874).
William married May Clark (1878 - 1933) on December 24, 1894 in Lindley, Steuben, New York.
William died on August 14, 1947 in Lindley aged 80.
