William, son of William & Margrat of South Hose, was christened 13 Oct 1734 in North Meols, Lancashire.[1] William Ball, mariner, married Mary Wright in Liverpool in 1758.[2]
William Ball of Southport, aged 80, was buried 26 Aug 1814.[3] William was buried at St. Cuthberts Churchyard. His will was proved 31 Aug 1814. It named granddaughter Mary Molton, daughter Margaret Andow, son William Ball, son Richard Ball, and brother Thomas Ball.[4]
