Mary, daughter of William & Anne Ball of South Hawes, was baptized 20 Jul 1766.[1] Note: despite this record giving the mother's name as Anne, other evidence suggests that this was a mistake. In particular, Mary aged about 6 years, was named in a 1773 life lease entered by her father William Ball along with other children born to William and Mary. [2] Mary, daughter of William Ball of South Hawes, was buried 2 Aug 1781.[3]
