Biography

Meeta was born in 1890. She is the daughter of Charles Ball and Martha Gibson. .[1] She married Raymond Victor Bythell in 1908.[2] They were divorced in 1917

This morning, in the Supreme Court, his Honour Mr. Justice Chapman heard a petition by Raymond Victor Bythell for a divorce from Meeta Amelia Bythell. on the grounds of adultery. Edward Alfred Baker was joined as co-respondent. No appearance was made by the respondent. Petitioner, for whom Mr. T. M. Wilford appeared, stated that he was married to respondent at Masterton on 31st March, 1908. There were two children of the- marriage. His Honour granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months. Costs were allowed against respondent on the highest scale. [3]

She married 2nd Edwin Cornelius Ward in 1918.[4] She passed away in 1978.[5]
