Lucy Jane Ball was born in Cornwall, England.

Lucy Jane Ball was born before Dec 1849 in St Mawgan, Cornwall, England. Her parents were William Ball (1826 - 1903) and Mary (Inch) Ball (1826 - 1869). She was baptised on 21 Dec 1849.[1]
