1312 - Quitclaim - Adam son of William Ballard of Lynakr to Richard his son - ½ ac. land, house, and curtilage which William his father held of Henry lord of Lee in Lytherlond, lying in the Brande Erthe next to Orhulsyche; also ½ ac. which William his father had from Adam son of William the Doomsman of Lytherlond, lying in the same field; also a roodland which the said William had from the said Adam lying next to the Wallesyche; also a half roodland which the said William had from the said Adam lying in the Longe Accris; also a half roodland which the said William had from Adam son of Robert the Doomsman of Lytherlond lying in the Gorsty Croftis; also a half roodland which the said William had from Henry son of Alice of Orhul lying in the Nether Brademore - Witn.: Richard of Molyneus of Sefton, Richard of Crosseby, Nicholas Blundel, William Blundel of Ines, Robert of Molyneus of Thorneton.
