Joseph R. Ballard also acts as son William E. Ballard's's executor in 1827.

The will was proved in the June session, 1824.

John Lawrence will 1757/1758 IoW explains Elisha Lawrence Ballard relationship to Lawrences & his father Elisha Ballard.

an Elisha and other children of a Joseph Ballard are named by Mills Lawrence in IOW will 1814/1816, seemingly as if he had a daughter who was their mother, but he also names a niece Peggy Ballard. also seems he had a daughter who married a Joseph Bridger who got Vaughan's old tract.... also Eley, Holliday and Daughtrey and Bowers and Wilson

this is NOT Elisha L. Ballard who was already dead 20ish years. --

Is this him in Southampton in 1762 adj.

Joshua Whitney, George Lawrence, Charles Lawrence, Elisha Ballard, Bennet Hillsman, ?

EDIT1: probably not, that was probably Elisha L. Ballard. EDIT2: after seeing Mills Lawrence's will abstract,l I retract edit 1 for now, it could be either of them.
