Biography

Eugene was born in 1893. He was the son of Otis Ballard and Victoria Leroy. He married Cleo Nell Taylor in 1917. Their marriage was blessed with two children. He passed away in 1963 and was laid to rest at Chase Cemetery in Mapleton Township, Blue Earth, Minnesota.
