Biography

This Richard should not be confused with his first cousin, Richard, who lived in Botetourt and Bedford Counties, VA and married Nancy Lewellen.

Richard Bandy, son of John and Lucy Christian Bandy, married Elizabeth Henry 7 Dec 1816 in Botetourt County, VA. Richard married his second wife, Margaret "Peggy" Wright, 13 Jan 1823 in Franklin County, VA.

Richard preceded Peggy in death, 8 Apr 1862 in Roanoke County, VA. Peggy died 25 Jul 1866.
