Bangs-194 and Bangs-12 appear to represent the same person because: Same birth date (30 Jan 1712/13) and spouse; no sources or bio provided for Bangs-12 (DeCoursey gedcom upload).

Hello, I ma new to this and found a common ancestor with you. It appears that Joseph Bangs is common with your line coming through his son Lemuel and mine through Heman. My sourcenmis HISTORY AND GENEOLOGY OF THE BANGS FAMILY IN AMERICA WITH GENEALOGICAL TABLES AND NOTES By Dean

Dudley. Published by the author Montrose, Mass, 1896 A.W. Brownell, Printer, Wakefield, Mass. see page 55.I can not send you the entire book as it is 360 pages, but can copy to you pages about anyone you might like, if you do not have this source already. My mother used this book for her Mayflower Decendents membership so it must have some validity. It will take me awhile to get my info on line. Write me if I can help. I am looking for a Bangs male direct decendent who would be willing to do DNA testing.
