Johannes Bancker was bp. on Mar 15, 1710 at Schenectady, Province of New York, British America. Baptism was recorded first at the Schenectady Reformed Dutch church and recorded later at the Albany Reformed Dutch Church; sponsors were: Johs. De Peyster, Johs. and Magdalena Abeel, Neeltje Banker[2][3][4].

John married Helena "Magdalena" Veeder, daughter of Gerrit Simonsen Veeder and Catrina "Tryntje" (Otten) Veeder, and sister to "Anna" Veeder, who married John's elder brother, William.

John and Magdalena had two children were christened at the Albany Dutch church in 1735 and 1737.
Gerrit Bancker was baptized at Schenectady, Province of New York on February 27, 1737.
