Biography

Harriet Banks was born on 21 December 1811. She was the daughter of Burr Banks and Abigail Sherwood.

She married Hutchinson Brown on 18 Jan 1831. They had the following children:

  1. Harriet Abigail Brown, b. 9 Oct 1832, d. 11 Mar 1921, m. Gawin Davis
  2. Lucy Brown, b. 22 Dec 1837, d. 26 Mar 1856

Harriet Banks died on 13 August 1867. She was buried in Banks-Standish Cemetery, Washington County, Indiana.

Harriet Banks was born on 21 December 1811 in Weston, Fairfield, Connecticut, United States, daughter of Burr Banks and Abigail Sherwood.

Harriet married Hutcheson Brown on 18 January 1831 in Washington, Indiana, United States.[1][2][3]

In the 1850 census Harriet (age 38) was in Vernon Township, Washington, Indiana, United States.[4]

In the 1860 census Harriett (age 48) was in Vernon Township, Washington, Indiana, United States.[5]

Harriet died on 13 August 1867 and was buried in Vernon Township, Washington, Indiana, United States.[6]

Harriet's daughter Julia Cracraft married on 4 November 1919 in Vigo, Vigo, Indiana, United States.[7]

Harrett's son Philo Brown died on 5 May 1922 in Victoria, Victoria, Entre Ríos, Argentina.[8]
