Frances was born in 1844 in Sydney, Australia. She married John Rowley in 1859 and divorced him before 3 Oct 1863 in Utah. They appeared on the 1860 U.S. census together and they had two children: John William Rowley and Frances Rosetta Rowley. She married again in Oct 1863 to William Lefevre and had another child: Fanny May Lefevre. Frances died in 1911 in Utah and was buried in Spry Cemetery, Spry, Garfield, Utah.

Banks-5382 and Banks-3110 appear to represent the same person because: They are duplicates. I just hadn't realized Frances had remarried. Note that the female form is Frances, not Francis.
