Noah Banks was baptized on 23 July 1780 in Greenfield Hill Congregational Church, Fairfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut. He was the son of Gershom Banks and Ruth Banks, (Gershom's first cousin).
He died on 26 May 1855[1] in Greenfield Hill (a neighborhood in Fairfield). He was buried in Greenfield Hill Cemetery.
