Brian was an amazing Granddad. He was in the British Army and was a Postal Worker for them out in Burma in the Second World War. He contracted Malaria.
Brian also ran his own entertainment agency called BJB Entertainment and worked with people such as Shirley Bassey and Sandy Shaw.
Brian was Head Caretaker at Westleigh High School and Head Caretaker for the whole Wigan Borough. Brian loved his family very much and loved spending time with his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and loved his Cairn Terriers Cindy and Holly very much.
Brian revisited places he'd been to and wanted to see from his time in the War and spent a month in the 1980's visiting Penang, Singapore, Bangkok and Thailand.
Brian had a few funny stories to tell about his time in the Army out in Burma.
Brian was said to be a very good Swimmer.
