Her husband's death record has not been found. She was living in Pownal as HOH in 1860 and 1870, with her son David and his family.
In 1880 she was living with her daughter Sybil Kimball Harris and son-in-law Amos Harris in Bennington VT. Amos died in 1881, and Sybil in 1884. Both are buried in the Old bennington cemetery. I have not found Sarah's grave, and do not know who she was living with at the time of her death. Could be Harris grandchildren. She had a granddaughter Sybil Harris who married in her 30s six months after Sarah died. It could be she had cared for her grandmother in Sarah's last days.
