Biography
Hoyt J. Barber was born June 14, 1867 in Cattaraugus County. He is the son of Solomon Barber and Dorcas Armstrong.
He married Florence M. Brightman. They had three children:
1) Exie M. Barber (1891-1983) married John Rolland/Rowland, 2) Harry Lee Barber (1894-1973), 3) Russell K. Barber ( 1902-1931)
He married Hattie Wanamaker in 1908 in New York.
He had been a grocer in East Randolph for 31 years.
He passed away June 10, 1936 in Collins, Erie County, New York.
He was buried in East Randolph, Cattaraugus County, New York.[1]
